Jeremy Goss Honored as Northside Classified Employee of the Year!

Fort Smith Public Schools is proud to recognize Jeremy Goss as Northside High School’s Classified Employee of the Year. As the Lead Custodian, Jeremy has taken on the responsibility of overseeing a team of more than 20 custodians while ensuring that the campus remains in top condition. His work ethic, leadership, and positive attitude make a significant impact on both his team and the entire school community.

Mr. Goss is known for leading by example, often working alongside his team as one of the hardest and quickest workers on the crew. He takes great pride in keeping the Northside campus looking its best and approaches every challenge with a calm, collected demeanor. His ability to stay positive and uplift those around him sets him apart, making him not just a strong leader but also a role model for others. One of his colleagues summed it up best: "He genuinely makes you happier being around him by always trying to uplift those around him."

We are grateful for Mr. Goss’s dedication, respectfulness, and unwavering commitment to Northside High School. His leadership and hard work do not go unnoticed, and we celebrate his well-earned recognition as Northside’s Classified Employee of the Year!
